Sky Enigma Sdn Bhd (SESB), incorporated in the year 2001 is developing into a leading commercial real estate service provider across Malaysia and the world, with more than 75 professionals operating from the country and its senior management having over 50 years of experience in the Real Estate Tourism sector.
Our Group CEO is formerly a key senior management staff for one of the world's leading Developers responsible for driving in real estate purchases into European destinations and is actively consulting leading Developer programs in Malaysia. SESB is also responsible for the turnaround of a Semi-Government organization's properties in Malaysia and contributed significantly to yield increases they enjoy today.
Having worked with developers and consumers alike for many years, it is timely for our group to team up with Tourism Malaysia to support and improve the national campaigns such as Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H), in order to actively start promoting the country's Real Estate abroad.
SESB's IT subsidiary company: Massivemind Sdn Bhd (MSB) has collectively, over a period of 6 years, developed a front-to-back high-end enterprise integrated management efficiency system called MIDAS (Management Intensified Data Analytical System). Coupled with PropertyXplore.com, a front-end property portal, Malaysian developers can now expose their developments to the world. PropertyXplore.com, which is the country's officially endorsed Real Estate Tourism platform, has an entry window on the page of www.tourism.gov.my - a highly publicised site. It is our objective to represent the whole of the Malaysian real estate market by showcasing the Developers and their properties to the wide world.
